International Opportunities – Internships Abroad
Time for me to be on my way...
Gain international experience during your vocational training!
Want to improve your language skills? Experience new cultures? Build international friendships? Enhance your career prospects?
An internship abroad allows you to gain international experience during your vocational training. You will gain insight into different work processes, workplace cultures, and business structures while improving your language skills.
Through this international mobility, you develop global professional competence, enabling you to face the challenges of an increasingly interconnected world with greater confidence, independence, and open-mindedness. It’s a key milestone on your career path.
Who can participate?
You are eligible for an internship abroad if your training company grants you leave to take part. Participation is also possible up to 12 months after completing your vocational training.
Where can the internship take place?
You may undertake your internship in any European country, as well as in Turkey or Russia. You are responsible for finding a placement – we will support you with a scholarship and help you with the organizational process.
When does the internship take place, and how long does it last?
The duration and timing of your internship will be agreed upon with both your internship host and your training company. It can last anywhere between two weeks and four months.
What does an internship abroad cost?
As a student of the Vocational School St. Pauli, you are eligible for an exclusive scholarship, limiting your personal contribution to a maximum of €250. Below, you’ll find testimonials from students who have already completed internships in various countries.
Interested? Then apply for an internship abroad at BS11.
We look forward to hearing from you!
