Advanced Training in Energy Management in Paris
How can teachers make targeted use of their energy in order to remain productive, healthy, and motivated?
During this practice-oriented course in Paris, we explored modern strategies for enhancing focus, resilience, and well-being. Drawing on current findings from neuroscience, mindfulness, and energy management, the programme primarily aimed to strengthen the participants’ physical, mental, and emotional energy in a sustainable way. Interactive workshops, practical exercises, and personalised tools supported us in cultivating a state of flow and achieving greater balance, creativity, and satisfaction in everyday life.
One potential tool for fostering resilience and well-being was “gardening” (see photo).
Through the intensive exchange within the group with colleagues from Spain, Italy, Greece, and Poland, we also gained valuable insights into the similarities and differences between our educational systems while further improving our English language skills.
We are very much looking forward to applying the tools we acquired in our daily school environment and sharing them with others.
