Theory meets practice: A gamification expert joins our Bili class

On May 3^rd, 2022, a Management & Technology student visited our students in the classroom to give a presentation on gamification. 23 year old Carla, a current intern at Hy Springer Consulting, asked our students the following:  If 60% of the population play online games – Why not implement ideas and rules of games to make businesses more efficient, win new customers or motivate staff to high performance?  We thank Carla for a vivid and inspiring presentation that outlined multiple examples of gamification methods in practice. Some students even considered doing an internship in this work environment after school. Meet the future today!
