The teams at the courts and the public prosecutor’s office are regularly looking for dedicated young talents.

The school-based training provides a 2.5-year education in block form, primarily focusing on legal competencies, as well as other educational content such as English, language and communication, or information processing.

Training Content
Your training content is based on the framework curriculum for the profession of “Judicial Clerk” from December 5, 1997, which you can also find available for download on our homepage.
The following learning fields are the basis of your training:
- Entry into professional life
- Employment in the public service
- Economic actions in public service and society
- Legal actions in profession and society
- Participation in criminal proceedings
- Participation in dunning procedures and preparation of legal actions
- Participation in civil proceedings, including enforcement
- Participation in family law matters
- Participation in land registry matters
- Participation in inheritance matters
- Computer-assisted word processing
- Text design and text automation
In addition, the subjects of language and communication as well as technical English are included.
