Application Vocational Grammar School

Applications are to be submitted in person at the school office between February 1st and the end of April.

Application Documents

1. Cover Letter

Please include a cover letter explaining your particular aptitude and motivation for the business-oriented focus of this educational program.

2. Proof of Suitability

Attach documents that demonstrate your suitability for the program. These may include an internship certificate, a school-issued recommendation as part of career and academic guidance, the result of an external career counseling session, or similar.

3. CV in Tabular Format

Please include a concise, tabular-style curriculum vitae.

4. Two Passport Photos

5. Original or Certified Copy of Your Most Recent School Report

Ideally, submit a copy of your final certificate. If this is not yet available, please include your mid-year report from grade 10.

Certification of Copies

Information on where to obtain certified copies can be found via the city administration’s service portal (Behördenfinder).

6. ID Card or Proof of Registration

Include a double-sided copy of your German ID card or an official proof of residence (Meldebestätigung).

7. Completed Application Form

Fill in the application form and clearly mark which documents are included in your submission.

8. Submission

Please hand in your application documents in person at the school office.
