After completing a vocational training as a shipping agent, I pursued a degree in Business Education in Hamburg, followed by a Master of Arts in School Management and Quality Development in Kiel. Following my teacher training, with a focus on Business Administration and Physical Education, and my teaching roles at various vocational schools in Hamburg, I held several positions, including in the central office of the School Authority, as a school inspector, and as a human resources officer for vocational schools at the Hamburg Institute for Vocational Education. In 2018, I assumed the position of the director at the Vocational School of St. Pauli.
