AI Day in the Legal Administrative Assistant Department
How is artificial intelligence transforming the legal profession, and which skills will be essential for tomorrow’s legal support professionals? These were the central questions explored during this year’s AI Day for our Legal Administrative Assistant students.
We were delighted to welcome Dr Florian Skupin and Jakob Schilling from Bucerius Law School as our guest speakers. Following an inspiring keynote address, students took part in a series of interactive workshops, where they examined the opportunities, challenges, and responsible use of AI in modern law firms. Through discussion and collaborative problem-solving, they engaged with real-world scenarios and reflected on the evolving role of AI in legal practice.
The day provided a wealth of fresh perspectives, valuable professional insights, and practical knowledge. Above all, it reinforced the importance of developing digital competencies and a critical understanding of artificial intelligence as essential skills for the next generation of legal professionals.
