Encounters, Perspectives and Shared Values – Our Value Day

On our Value Day, the students explored fundamental questions about living together as a society: Which values are important to us? What do respect, responsibility, equality, peace and dignity mean? And what role does religion play in a diverse society?

The students were able to choose one or two workshops independently. There was something for everyone: The workshops, excursions and encounters focused on lived faith, ecumenism, religious traditions, history, human rights, social justice, climate protection, media, the rule of law and civic courage.

Historical and theological tours, visits to religious and extracurricular learning locations, as well as discussions and practical activities created opportunities for dialogue, reflection and new perspectives. In this way, values were not only discussed but also experienced directly.

The Value Day showed that values and religion shape our thinking, our decisions and the way we live together. They encourage us to accept differences, take responsibility and treat others with respect and dignity.

The photos offer a small impression of this successful day. We are already looking forward to the next one!
