The Class BG26/3

On Monday morning, we took the train to Munich and arrived there around 3 PM. After that, we went to the hotel to check in and then had some free time to explore the city. Our group headed to Marienplatz and wandered around the city. Some of us sat at a nice café nearby, while others went to a restaurant. Even though we had a long journey behind us and were tired, our excitement about discovering the city was even greater. We explored Munich until the evening and enjoyed a relaxed walk.
The weather was fantastic—even in the evening it was still warm.

Tuesday began with a shared breakfast at 8:00 AM. Afterwards, we took part in an exciting guided tour through Munich. We visited the Viktualienmarkt, the Hofbräuhaus, and the impressive Frauenkirche. After the tour, some of us had lunch in a small group, where we tried fresh oysters and beef tartare—definitely a highlight of the day.

On Wednesday, we visited the Olympic Stadium in Munich with the whole class and had an interesting tour there. After that, we continued to the BMW Museum, where we saw many impressive cars and motorcycles. It was a cool and varied day.

On Thursday, as on every day, we met at 8 AM in the cafeteria for breakfast. Afterwards, we gathered and went to the Deutsches Museum, where we spent the next two hours. We learned a lot about German history in various fields (aviation, space travel, physics, etc.). We also watched a chemical experiment in the museum, and then split into smaller groups to explore Munich further.

On the last day—Friday—we had three hours of free time to visit the city one last time. We visited a garden in the city center and a nearby church. Since we needed a few gifts for our families, we also did some shopping, which made for a relaxed ending to the trip.
